As mentioned earlier, the limiting beliefs that you've developed have helped to create the life you are now trying to change. What you are experiencing in your life is largely based on those beliefs and the feelings you have associated with those beliefs.

You consider these beliefs to be truths. Until you clear yourself of these limiting beliefs you will struggle to be, do and have what you desire. Working with a good Life Coach who is trained in Emotional and Energy Healing Techniques will help you significantly lessen, if not eliminate, these limiting beliefs that have been running your life instead of allowing you to be the Deliberate Creator of your experiences - your miracles.

Once you clear limiting beliefs, the blocks, you will be in vibrational alignment with what you desire. You will be in that glorious state of Allowing!

You're already experiencing the Law of Attraction in your life.

Have you ever noticed that sometimes what you need just falls into place or comes to you from 'out-of-the-blue'? Serendipity! Or, you've bumped into someone on the street that you've been thinking about? Coincidence? Have you ever just been at the right place at the right time? Fate? All of these experiences are evidence of the Law of Attraction in your life. Have you ever heard about people who find themselves in bad relationships over and over again, and who are always complaining that they keep attracting the same sort of relationship? The Law of Attraction is at work for them too. The Law of Attraction is based upon the simple premise that you attract into your life what you give your energy, attention and focus to - whether positive or negative. We attract the things that we focus on. When we focus on not having enough that thought form supports the "lack of" we routinely experience. The Law of Attraction doesn't care what words you use, it responds to how you feel about the words you use and the thoughts you have. That's why affirmations, if not stated in terms that are true for you, don't work! The Law of Attraction is deceptively simple: Energy attracts Like Energy. There is an underlying science that supports the Law of Attraction and that is Quantum Physics. There are many resources on the Web to learn more about Quantum Physics and I invite you to use your favorite search engine to explore how the principles of Quantum Physics are integral to how we live our lives and what we experience. Fascinating! So, the way the Law of Attraction can work for you:

1. Figure out what it is you really want.
2. Ask for it. Give it your energy, focus and attention..
3. The Universe will respond - often through an inspired idea.
4. Take ACTION.
5. Allow it to enter into your life.

It's the allowing part that gets a bit tricky. In order to allow what you want to come into your life all doubt must be removed. Allowing is the absence of doubt. This is where those negative beliefs about one's self and abilities come into play. Have you ever heard anyone say:

" I'm not good enough!"
" I don't deserve……..."
" Who am I kidding?"
" Yeah, but………"
" I'm afraid of……?"

Statements from our "Inner Critic" like the above are indicators that there are negative beliefs that stop us from experiencing the life we dream of. You only get what you want to the extent that you allow it.

Many people want wealth. However, they cannot think in terms of riches because their thought habits have been steeped in debt, want, misery, failure and defeat.

Do you find yourself repeating negatives either in thoughts or words? Is your negative mind set pretty much a reflection of your current life situation? If your answer is YES, then Congratulations! You are living proof that the law of attraction works.

Thoughts are things. Thoughts and feelings are vibrations - also known as 'vibes'.

There are "good vibes" and "bad vibes". For example, you may meet someone and instantly take a liking to that person. You might say, "I like his or her vibes." Or, someone might say to you they didn't like a particular restaurant or house because it had a "negative vibe".

What this means is that everything in this Universe (physical and non-physical) is Energy that vibrates at various frequencies. And it is the nature of the vibrations of this Energy to "attract" themselves to vibrations of a similar frequency. In other words, a batch of energy attracts itself to other batches of Energy in which it is in vibrational resonance. Therefore, our thoughts - our batches of energy - create our reality.

The Law of Attraction works regardless if you are working at it or not.

The problem is that we can unknowingly be attracting things that we don't want. In order to attract the things you do want is to focus on the positives and to "feel good." Check in with yourself. Ask yourself how you feel? If you don't feel good about what you're doing stop! Start doing what makes you feel good and you change your vibration from a negative to a positive.

Bad feelings emit negative vibrations. Good feelings emit positive vibrations. Spend your energy and time on things that make you feel good. Hard work at something you feel passionate about feels good. Complaining about your life and work feels bad. Pay attention to how you feel and you'll attract more of what you DO want instead of more of what you DON'T want.

Understanding the "Law of Attraction" can be one of the most important lessons you can receive in your life. When you learn the true "cause" of your experience of reality, and that you can actually ALTER that reality in any way that you wish, it opens a door of Infinite Possibility!

After all, imagine that any level of wealth can be yours! Your life can be enriched with the most fulfilling relationships imaginable! You can spend your time doing only those things you love, and in return, experience abundance that seems impossible from the outside looking in!

Using the Law of Attraction to become the Deliberate Creator of your own life - to be, do and have what you want - includes taking action when an inspiration is delivered to you.

Taking action, doing something - is critical to the process. Just sitting around and thinking good thoughts will not deliver your goals to you. Taking action is the important step. Positive thinking alone is not enough! You must "do" in order to "have." When you have that bright idea, or are inspired, take action! Your inspirations are the Universe responding to your thoughts and desires!
